Allpack, a well-established packaging wholesaler in the West Midlands, relocated to a purpose-built site in 2020. While they held ISO 9001 certification, key customers began requesting BRCGS certification to maintain contracts and attract new business. Allpack approached Food Safety Assist to help review and develop their systems to meet the BRCGS Storage & Distribution standard.
Our Solution
We began by mentoring the Executive Assistant to the Directors, followed by supporting a newly appointed Compliance Manager through their first BRCGS certification. Our involvement continued through an unannounced audit and multiple management transitions. Each new manager received tailored support to ensure continuity, system integrity, and certification retention.
The Outcome
Thanks to long-term technical support, Allpack has successfully matured its product safety management systems and maintained BRCGS certification across multiple years and leadership changes.
