Our compliance partnership for BRCGS Accreditation with Eskimo Ice began ten years ago and is still going strong. As part of their annual audit cycle, our mentoring involves regular review meetings and audits keeping Eskimo audit ready.
Supporting the implementation of updates of the BRCGS Food Standard is important to continuous food safety improvement and development. This includes the introduction of implementing a food safety culture in Version 8 of the standard in 2019.
In order to maintain BRCGS Accreditation, new and managers are mentored in all aspects of the standard by our Consultant.
