Our Solution
Food Safety Assist provided mentoring and technical support to the new HACCP team, ensuring a smooth transition. This evolved into a long-term partnership, including:
- Development of Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS)
- Achieving SALSA accreditation
- Attaining BRCGS Food Standard at the Knutsford site
- Conducting regular internal audits at Knutsford and Dunstable
